SkillRise Operator is a paid account-management add-on for SkillRise Careers subscribers. When activated, a designated operator manages your platform account on your behalf — from role posting through to shortlist delivery — so you get the outcome without the admin.
The Operator delivers defined outcomes inside the SkillRise platform. You retain full decision-making authority over all hiring decisions — the Operator handles the legwork, you choose who to hire.
Everything, per active role, per month
Simple monthly add-on
Payable monthly, in advance, and separate from your platform subscription. The service commences within 2 business days of confirmed payment.
For context: a junior in-house recruiter in South Africa costs R12,000–R18,000/month before UIF, leave and overhead, and a single agency placement fee runs R19,000–R36,000 once-off. SkillRise Operator delivers comparable output at a fraction of the cost — with no employment obligations.
On-site visits (optional)
On-site visits are billed separately from the monthly fee. Two options:
- Pay per visit — SARS km rate + R350/hour travel time, R500 minimum per visit.
- Monthly retainer — Basic (2 visits) R1,500 · Standard (4 visits) R2,800.
Visits are scheduled at least 48 hours ahead. Areas outside Tshwane / Pretoria are quoted before travel is confirmed.
What's not included
- Interview scheduling, coordination or attendance
- Reference checks or background verification
- Offer negotiation or employment contracting
- More than one active role per month (quoted separately)
- Recruitment strategy consulting or workforce planning
Anything beyond the above is quoted separately after a quick scope discussion.
