At launch you can record in English, Afrikaans, isiZulu, isiXhosa or Sesotho. Speak in whichever of these you are most comfortable with.
Your SkillScore is calculated from several factors: the number and depth of skills identified in your voice profile, your profile completeness (adding a CV, certificates, or completing optional skills assessments), and verification status. You can improve your score by recording a more detailed voice profile, uploading supporting documents, or completing free skills assessments through platforms like 16Personalities, HackerRank, or StudySection.
Once you complete your voice recording, our AI processes it within minutes. Your profile, skills, and SkillScore are then immediately visible to employers searching for candidates with your skill set. There is no manual review or approval queue - the process is fully automated.
Yes, employers can listen to your voice profile as part of the candidate review process. This gives them a sense of your communication skills and personality beyond what a CV can show. However, your personal contact details are only shared once you and the employer mutually agree to connect.
