Managed Hire is R8,000 once-off, paid upfront, and adds screening and a shortlist of up to 5 with one feedback round. The Employer plan is R4,400 a month (R2,500 platform plus R1,900 first seat) plus a R3,500 once-off setup fee, with extra seats at R450 a month and up to 5 active roles at a time. SkillRise Operator is R4,000 a month for one active role. Enterprise is priced by conversation.

Our AI transcribes the recording using OpenAI Whisper and identifies your skills, experience levels and strengths. It takes about 2 minutes and works in your browser, with no app to download.

Your SkillScore is a measure of your abilities based on your voice profile, verified skills and profile completeness. It helps employers see how well you match their requirements, and it helps you stand out without needing a polished CV or connections.

Once your voice profile is processed and your SkillScore is generated, our matching compares your skills with employer requirements. When there is a strong match, you receive a notification.
