This is a status that cannot be bought later. It can only be earned now — by being among the first companies in South Africa to formally commit to skills-first hiring.
The companies that hold these numbers will carry a permanent distinction as the first generation of skills-first employers in South Africa.

We are not onboarding every company. We are specifically selecting companies that hire on a regular basis and are serious about improving their recruitment efficiency and accuracy.

Numbers are allocated in order of confirmation. Once the final numbers are confirmed, they will never be reissued. There will be no second wave. No reopening. No exceptions.
